Communicating Change

In the modern business environment the only organisational certainty is change – businesses that stand still get left behind.

 

The human element of implementing expedient and successful change is about overcoming resistance and converting all of your people into champions of change.

 

There are two fundamental elements of organisational change: product and process or ‘what we do’ and ‘how we do it’.
