One-to-one Coaching

Being a Director, Head of Department or Manager involves a tough balancing act, often in a political environment which can be isolating.  Attending external development programmes is often time consuming and difficult to manage. 

There is an increasing demand for Personal Coaching support for individuals at all levels.  Such coaching should be tailored to individual needs whilst making cost effective use of time and resources.

the Difference approach to coaching has the flexibility to cater completely to individual needs, and has professional rigor which ensures that there is a concrete benefit to the individual and the organisation.

Whilst we tailor all coaching support, there are always one of three underlying objectives and needs:

  • Support in tackling business issues, e.g. business planning for their part of the business or taking on a new role.
  • Understanding personal impact or management style and its implications
  • Coaching in a particular subject, e.g. presentation skills, managing change, effective communication skills.
